The Warren County Farmers Fair features a hot air balloon festival as part of the celebration. The festival runs Sunday, August 1 through Saturday, August 7, 2010. The fair is a recipe for family fun. Take the excitement of a hot air balloon festival, season it with the down-home goodness of Warren County’s agricultural bounty, then blend in the old-fashioned flavor of the traditional arts festival.
