Retail and outerwear expert Stephen Milstein is opening a new store called Best Coat Factory in Paramus, New Jersey the week of November 2nd and he’s holding on to the winning formula that bought his family success since 1924 – designer coats at unbeatable prices – except this time it’s better than ever before.
